Bottlefire is owned and operated by MetaSymbolic Labs (BlueLogic LLC).

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Bottlefire, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Bottlefire builds VM images from container images. Features may change without notice. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

3. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Organization owners control billing and access within their organizations.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with others’ use. We may rate‑limit or block abusive traffic.

6. Intellectual property

Bottlefire and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to process content to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States.
